Baldwinsville Senior Housing Preservation, LLC. – Conifer Village (3101-19-07A) Baldwinsville Senior Housing Preservation, LLC. is proposing to acquire, construct and renovate Conifer Village, a 199 unit Section 8 Senior Housing Project. This project is located in the Village of Baldwinsville and Town of Van Buren.

Agency Action Requested:

a. SEQR Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination. b. Final Approving Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax abatement and real property tax abatement.

Representative: Kevin McAuliffe 2. Bodycote Syracuse Heat Treating Corporation and Bodycote Thermal Processing Inc. (3101-19-08A) Bodycote Syracuse Heat Treating Corporation and Bodycote Thermal Processing Inc. is proposing to purchase, renovate and operate a 58,717 sf building in the Town of Geddes. Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Mortgage Recording Tax and Sales Tax Abatement.

Representative: Anthony J. Schaut, PE 3. The Widewaters Group Inc. (3101-19-09A) The Widewaters Group Inc. is proposing to construct two 41,877 SF multi-use office/flex buildings. This project is located in the Town of Dewitt.

Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement, Mortgage Recording Tax and Sales Tax Abatement.

Representative: Kevin McAuliffe 4. Uniform Tax Exemption Policy Adoption.

Pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law, the Agency shall adopt a Uniform Tax Exemption Policy.

5. Tax-Exempt Bond Post-Issuance Compliance Policy

Agency Counsel has proposed a Tax-Exempt Bond Post-Issuance Compliance Policy to bring the agency into compliance as an issuer of tax-exempt bonds subject to various tax laws. Agency Action Requested:
