1. Cryomech (3101-19-02A)

Cryomech is proposing the construction of a cryogenic equipment manufacturing facility with office space. This project is located in the Town of Dewitt.

Agency Action Requested:

a. SEQR Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination. b. Final Approving Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax abatement, and real property tax abatement.

Representative: Charles C. Wallace Jr., Member Quantum Cool, LLC. & President, VIP Development Associates.

2. Flex-Hose Co. (3101-19-03A) Flex-Hose Co. is proposing to expand their business by relocating to a larger manufacturing facility in order to support the company’s growth. The company manufactures metal pump connectors, industrial hose, expansion loops, and metal expansion joints. This project is located in the Town of Clay. Agency Action Requested:

a. SEQR Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination. b. Final Approving Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax abatement, and real property tax abatement.

Representative: Joanna Carter, Senior Vice President 3. Willow Brook of Manlius, LLC. (3101-19-01A) Willow Brook of Manlius, LLC. is proposing new construction of a multi-use facility, consisting of commercial, residential and retail. This project is located in the Village of Manlius. Agency Action Requested:

b. A Resolution of the Board to amend the application as per OCIDA’s UTEP. Representative: Richard Sykes 4. BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. (3101-19-04A) BWI Hotel Acquisitions I, LLC. is proposing new construction of a multi-use facility, consisting of a 90 room extended-stay hotel, 26 market rate apartments for medical professionals working at the hospital, and structured parking for each use. This project is located in the City of Syracuse. Agency Action Requested:

a. A resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include a payment in lieu of tax agreement, mortgage recording tax, and sales tax abatement. Representative: Richard C. Pietrafesa Jr.

5. Buckeye Corrugated Inc. (3101-19-05A) Buckeye Corrugated Inc. is proposing to lease one of the former Carrier buildings and renovating to retrofit their expanding business. Total square footage of 197,000, which includes 12,000 sq. ft. for office space and 185,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing and shipping. This project is located in the Town of Dewitt. Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide. Agency benefits requested include sales tax abatement. Representative: James Trombino, Regional General Manager 6. Propel Pharmacy LLC. (3101-19-06A) Propel Pharmacy is proposing to expand operations for a mail order pharmacy. This project is located in the Town of Cicero.

Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide. Agency benefits requested include sales tax abatement. Representative: Garrett Ma, Project Manager
