1. Taft Road Solar LLC / SLH II, LLC (3101-21-09B) Second Meeting

Taft Road Solar LLC and SLH II, LLC are proposing to construct a 3.7 megawatt solar project in the Town of Manlius. The applicants are requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, and real estate transfer taxes. Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the agency will provide. Agency benefits requested include exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, and real estate transfer taxes.

2. UR-Ban Village PFA, LLC (3101-21-07A) Second Meeting

UR-Ban Village PFA, LLC is proposing to develop 88 residential units at 100 Buckley Road, the former Will & Baumer candle factory site in the Town of Salina. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, real estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording tax.

a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of a SEQRA determination. b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the agency will provide. Camillus Mills Redevelopment Company, Inc. / Camillus Mills Phase II, LLC (3101- 21-08A) Second Meeting Camillus Mills Redevelopment Company, Inc. and Camillus Mills Phase II, LLC are proposing the redevelopment of the Camillus Cutlery Company site in the Village of Camillus. The project consists of approximately 60,500 sq. ft. of occupied multi-use space and associated parking. The applicants are requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording tax. Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of SEQRA determination. b. A Resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the agency will provide. C2 NY Sentinel Heights Solar, LLC is proposing the construction of 3.375 megawatt solar project in the Town of Lafayette. The applicant is requesting exemption from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes, real estate transfer taxes. Agency Action Requested:

6. White Pine Commerce Park Engineering Services

Agency Action Requested:

a. A Resolution of the Board authorizing a previously approved engineering firm to procure, select, coordinate and oversee a sub-contractor in connection with the White Pine Commerce Park Project.
