CVE US EI4 Manlius North, LLC is proposing to construct a 1.5 MW, 20-acre solar array on 50 acre parcel of land in the Town of Manlius. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes and mortgage recording taxes. Agency Action Requested:

a. A resolution of the Board authorizing a public hearing.

Agency Action Requested:

a. A resolution of the Board amending Article IV of the restated bylaws, to require all future amendments to the bylaws to require a supermajority vote of the Board. A resolution of the Board amending Article II of the restated bylaws establishing that it is the intent and desire of the Board to have the Executive Director of the Agency be the Onondaga County Director of Economic Development, a position that is appointed by the Onondaga County Executive and confirmed by affirmative vote of the Onondaga County Legislature.
