QP2 Properties, LLC is proposing a the construction of two (2) three-story residential apartment buildings, with approximately 96 garden style apartments and various tenant amenities. The project includes six (6) garages containing interior parking spaces and surface parking spaces. The project also includes three (3) commercial buildings totaling 33,200 square feet of commercial rental space with additional surface parking surfaces. The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording taxes.
Agency Action Requested:
a. A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of SEQRA determination. b. A resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide Agency benefits requested include exemptions from sales and use taxes, real estate transfer taxes and mortgage recording taxes.
