Adjourn Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency Governance Committee Meeting Minutes November 8, 2022 The Governance Committee meeting of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency was held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 333 West Washington Street, Syracuse, New York in the large conference room on the first floor.
Kevin Ryan called the meeting to order at 8:00 am with the following:

Petrovich, Executive Director Nate Stevens, Treasurer Nancy Lowery, Secretary Karen Doster, Recording Secretary Matt Pelligra, Economic Development Len Rauch, Economic Development Jeff Davis, Barclay Damon Law Firm Janice Herzog, OCIDA Board Member Susan Stanczyk, OCIDA Board Member James Trasher, Tocco Villaggio III, LLC Stephen Bowman, Peregrine Holdings, LLC Paul Reichel, Bond Schoeneck & King Noah Seigel, Brightstar Christopher Bianchi, Syracuse City School District APPROVAL OF GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES – JANUARY 13, 2022 Upon a motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Board approved the regular meeting minutes of January 13, 2022. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Governance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the Committee’s Summary evaluations without comment to the Agency Board for review and acceptance. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Governance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the summary evaluations of the Board and Staff without comment to the Agency Board for review and acceptance. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Governance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the Committee Charters without comment to the Agency Board for review and acceptance. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Patrick Hogan, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Governance Committee approved a resolution to transmit the Committee’s Annual Report without comment to the Agency Board for review and acceptance. Motion was carried. Upon a motion by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Patrick Hogan, the OCIDA Board adjourned the meeting at 8:02 am. Motion was carried.
