The applicant is requesting exemptions from certain sales and use taxes, real property taxes and mortgage recording taxes.
Agency Action Requested:
a. A resolution of the Board authorizing the financial assistance the Agency will provide and the execution and delivery of the documents related to the provision of the financial assistance. a. A resolution of the Board authorizing the execution of an easement in connection with property located at Caughdenoy Road over portion of the White Pine Commerce Park for natural gas service and facilities.
