Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency Organizational Meeting Minutes January 19, 2023 An organizational meeting of the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency was held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 335 Montgomery Street, Syracuse, New York in the large conference room on the first floor.
Patrick Hogan called the meeting to order at 8:40 am with the following:

Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Janice Herzog, seconded by Kevin Ryan, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution approving the slate of officers for the 2023 Agency Fiscal Year to include Chair- Patrick Hogan, Vice Chair-Janice Herzog, Executive Director - Robert M. Petrovich, Secretary - Nancy Lowery, Treasurer - Nate Stevens, Recording Secretary - Karen Doster, Assistant Treasurer – Alexis Rodriguez, Freedom of Information Act Officer – Robert M. Petrovich, Freedom of Information Appeals Officer-Patrick Hogan, State Finance Law Contract (Procurement) Officer – Robert M. Petrovich. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Janice Herzog, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution reappointing Barclay Damon, LLP as its Agency Counsel and appointing Bond Schoeneck & King, PLLC; Harris Beach, PLLC; Hancock & Estabrook; Nixon Peabody, LLP and Trespasz & Marquardt, LLP as conflict counsel for two years expiring December 31, 2023. Motion was carried.
Upon a motion by Fanny Villarreal, seconded by Kevin Ryan, the OCIDA Board approved a resolution reappointing Grossman St. Amour as its Agency Auditor and appointing Bonadio & Co., LLP as special auditor for a two years expiring December 31, 2023. Motion was carried. Upon a motion by Janice Herzog, seconded by Fanny Villarreal, the OCIDA Board adjourned the meeting at 8:43 am. Motion was carried.
