Reference is made to the attached Master Services Agreement for Professional Services (“Agreement”) between the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) and JMT (“Contractor”). This document is the “Statement of Work” or “SOW” referred to in the Agreement and will be governed by the Agreement. All capitalized terms herein will have the same meaning as specified in the Agreement unless otherwise specified below. In accordance with the Agreement, the parties hereby agree as follows: e BACKGROUND The Agency is considering a real property purchase (the “Action”) subject to review under the New York State Environmental Quality Review (“SEQR”) Act. Preparation of SEQR documentation (Full Environmental Assessment Form) is required as part of the SEQR process.
e PROJECT OBJECTIVES Draft completion of a SEQR Full Environmental Assessment Form Part I to assess potential environmental impacts associated with the Action.
e PROJECT DELIVERABLES Completed draft Full Environmental Assessment Form — August 4, 2026 e SERVICE FEE Service Fees Fees will be charged on a fixed hourly rate basis in accordance with the attached contract rates, up to a not-to- exceed amount of $7,500.
Time Commitment/Hours: up to 50 total staff hours e Expenses The Service Fees and costs specified herein represent all of the fees and costs associated with the Services under this SOW.
