                           The purpose of this local law is amending § 105-4 A. Chapter 69, Animals,
                           Section 69-6F(1) Impoundment fee from $15.00 to the rate charged by the
                           SPCA (Central New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals)
                            §69-6F(2) Boarding fee from $7.50 per day to the rate charged by the SPCA
                            (Central New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) to the
                            Code of the Town of Clay. Local Law Amendment attached hereto.
                            THIS LOCAL LAW SHALL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON FILING
                            WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE.
