§ 69-7 CLAY CODE § 69-8
§ 69-7, License fee.
The annual fee for each dog license issued in the Town of Clay shall be a total of:
A. For each spayed or neutered dog: $4.
B. For each unspayed or unneutered dog under the age of six months: $9.
C. For each unspayed or unneutered dog six months or older: $12.
§ 69-8. Penalties for offenses.
Any person who violates this article or knowingly permits the violation of this article or any of its provisions shall be deemed to have committed an offense against this article and any person convicted of any such violation shall be liable to a fine of not more than $25 for a first violation; not more than $50 for the second violation; and not more than $100 and/or imprisonment for not more than 15 days for the third violation and all subsequent violations. SECTION 2. Effective Date This local law shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
