NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Clay, New York on October 12, 2026, will hold a pre-agenda meeting at 5:30 P.M. in the Jury Room, followed by the Regular Meeting, public hearings beginning at 6:00 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York, on the following matters:

Case #2014 – Walmart Inc., 8770 Dell Center Drive, Tax Map ID #021.-01-03.3. The applicant is seeking four Are
a Variances pursuant to Section 230-16C(4)(a)[2][c] and Section 230-16C(4)(a)[1][b] – Lot and Structure Dimensional Requirements, for a reduction in the rear yard setback from 75 feet to 70.7 for a principal building, 75 feet to 50.5 feet for an accessory structure, a reduction in the site perimeter landscape strip from 30 feet to 19.5, and Section 230-21E- Required Parking and Loading Spaces, for a reduction in required parking spaces from 619 to 536 spaces for a new convenience store and gas station in the southeast parking lot.
