TO AMEND CHAPTER 230 entitled "ZONING" ofthe Town Code amending Section 230-22 "SIGNS" by amending
230-22C.(1)(c)[1][a][i] adding "NC-1" after "HG-I" and to be included in the Town of Clay Municipal Code. *This
language will allow for electronic message signs in all Neighborhood Commercial (NC-1) zoning with a Special Permit
from the Planning Board.
