LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF THE YEAR 2005 AMENDING CHAPTER 105 ENTITLED " F E E S " TO THE
CODE OF THE TOWN OF CLAY.
ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga
and State of New York, as follows:
SECTION 1, AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 105 ENTITLED "FEES", § 105-4 Schedule of
fees, Subdivision A., Chapter 69, Animals, to add new sections § 69-F (6). § 69-F (7) § 69-F (8)
and § 69-F (9) and the words "Contractor's Rate" under "Fees" TO THE CODE OF THE TOWN
OF CLAY.
Amendment to Chapter 105 entitled "FEES", § 105-4. Schedule of fees. Subdivision A., Chapter
69, bv adding new sections §69-6F(6), Veterinary examination; §69-6F(7); §69-6F(8) Flea
treatment and 69-6F(9) Parvo virus testing for animals under 6 mos. of age and adding under
"Fee" for each of the aforementioned sections the words "Contractor's Rate" to the Code of the
Town of Clay.
The purpose of this local law is to provide and set forth new sections §69-6F(6), Veterinary
examination §69-6F(7) Deworming; §69-6F(8) Flea treatment rate and 69-6F(9) Parvo virus
testing for animals under 6 mos. of age and adding under "Fees" for each of said sections the
words "Contractor's Rate" to the Code of the Town of Clay. The SPCA has changed it animal
redemption rates and the Town is adding the additional fees accordingly. Said Local Law to read as
follows:"
