Motion was carried. Action Items: 1. Slate of Officers and Chairs for the 2025 Agency Fiscal Year Patrick Hogan read through the officers and chairs listed. Patrick Hogan read the Agency action requested, “A resolution of the Board to approve the presented slate of officers for the 2025 Agency fiscal year.” Motion was made by Kevin Ryan, seconded by Janice Herzog.
