The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Ulatowski at 7:33 P.M. Approval of Minutes:
Councilor Hess made a motion to approve the minutes of the March 16, 2020
meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilor Meaker.

Agreement/ Audit (A) – D’ARCANGELO & CO., LLP:
Councilor Meaker moved the adoption of a resolution approving a contract with
D’ARCANGELO & CO., LLP, for audit purposes of the Town of Clay for the year ended
December 31, 2019 covering the financial statements of the Town for a fee not to exceed
17,575 and the records and procedures of the Town Justices for a fee not to exceed $2,050.00

Agreement (amendment) - ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC.:
Councilor Pleskach moved the adoption of a resolution authorizing the Supervisor to
execute an Amendment to the existing Agreement with ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INC., for providing School Crossing Guard Services for a period of time which commences July 1, 2020 and terminating June 30, 2021 (2020/2021 school year), and for such term thereafter as agreed upon. The Town agrees to pay for the services rendered pursuant to the Agreement, the sum of Twenty-Three Dollars and Ninety-Nine Cents ($23.99) per hour of guard service to be provided. The cost of providing One Thousand, Nine Hundred Eighty (1,980) hours of service shall not exceed Forty-Seven Thousand, Five Hundred and 20/100 Dollars ($47,500.20), and further authorizing the Supervisor to execute the necessary documents therefore. The Amendment shall be approved as to form and content by the Town Attorney. Motion was seconded by Deputy Supervisor Bick.

Contract – TOWN OF CLAY LANDFILL POST CLOSURE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PROGRAM (for the year 2020):
Councilor Meaker moved the adoption of a resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute
a contract with C & S ENGINEERS, INC., for professional services to be rendered for the year 2020 in compliance with the DEC Regulations for the TOWN OF CLAY LANDFILL POST CLOSURE ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PROGRAM. Said services not to exceed the sum of $23,015. Motion was seconded by Councilor Hess.

Supervisor Ulatowski thanked everyone for their participation and explained that going forward he hopes to clear the meeting process as we become more familiar with the social distancing aspect.
