The meeting was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Bick at 5:00 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Special Meeting:
Project/ Sewer (A) - FOX WIDEWATERS SEWER DISTRICT:
Deputy Supervisor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution approving the
application to Audit and Control (the State Comptroller’s Office) for permission to establish the proposed FOX WIDEWATERS SEWER DISTRICT. Motion was seconded by Councilor Hall.
Ayes – 4 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:02 P.M. upon motion by Councilor Young and seconded by Councilor Pleskach.
