This project is located in the Town of Skaneateles.
Agency Action Requested:
a. A resolution of the Board describing the proposed project and the financial assistance the Agency may provide and authorizing a public hearing for the project. Agency benefits requested include a Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement and Sales Tax Abatement. Representative: Melissa Clark
The Company is undertaking the final stage of development of Lot 1 of the Township 5 Project. With an overall increase in Project Costs of $3,500,000 the applicant is requesting an increase in sales and use tax exemption and mortgage tax exemption Agency Action Requested:
a. A Resolution of the Board to increase sales and use tax by $250,000 and mortgage tax exemption by $11,250.
