The Company is undertaking the final stage of development of Lot 1 of the Township 5 Project. With an overall increase in Project Costs of $3,500,000 the applicant is requesting an increase in sales and use tax exemption and mortgage tax exemption Agency Action Requested:
a. A Resolution of the Board to increase sales and use tax by $250,000 and mortgage tax exemption by $11,250.
