This project is located in the City of Syracuse. Agency Action Requested:
a. SEQR Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize adoption of the SEQR determination. b. Final Approving Resolution A resolution of the Board to authorize sales tax abatement, mortgage recording tax abatement and real property tax abatement.
