(3101- 15-14A, Sub Project 1) (Extension of sales and use tax exemption) Cor Van Rensselaer Street Company II, LLC. and COR Van Rensselaer Street Company III, Inc. are asking for an extension of sales and use tax exemption for a mixed-use/retail/residential building and associated parking lot. This project is located in the City of Syracuse. Agency Action Requested:
