Motion was carried.

1. Preliminary Audit Review — Mike Lisson gave a preliminary audit review for the 2024 fiscal year. He stated that the audit process and timeline will be the same as the previous years and he doesn’t expect any major changes.
2. Self-Evaluation of the Audit Committee - No comments were made regarding the self- evaluations. Janice Herzog read the Agency Action Requested of “A Resolution of the Committee to transmit the summary evaluation without comment to the Governance

by Patrick Hogan and seconded by Cydney Johnson. Motion was carried.

Draft Annual Report (2024 Fiscal Year) - No comments were made regarding the draft annual report.
Janice Herzog read the Agency Action Requested of “A Resolution of the Committee to transmit the Committee Annual Report without comment to the Governance Committee for review and recommendation to the Board.” A motion was made by Patrick Hogan and seconded by Cydney Johnson.
Motion was carried.
