LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF THE YEAR 2012 TO AMEND CHAPTER 230 entitled 'ZONING^ Section 230-11 Terms defined, Paragraph C. and Sections 230-16B.(2)(e); 230-16C.(2)(e); 230-16D.(2)(e) and 230-17C(2)(e) of the Code of the Town of Clay IT IS ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga as follows: SECTION 1. Amending Chapter 230 entitled "ZONING'% Section 230-11 Terms defined adding to Paragraph C. the term MOTOR VEHICLES SALES (LIMITED) and amending Sections 230-16B. (2)(e) Highway Commercial District; 230-16C.(2)(e) Regional Commercial District; 230-16D. (2)(e) LuC-1 Limited Use District for Gasoline Service District, and 230-17C. (2)(e) Industrial 1 District, adding a new category entitled Motor Vehicles Sales (Limited) to subparagraph (e) Town Board special permit approval and optional advisory referral to the Planning Board: and to renumber said categories accordingly to the Code of the Town of Clay.

December 19th, 2011 called public hearing for proposed local law for January 18th, 2012 commencing at 7:35 P.M., Notice of public hearing published in the Post Standard on January 7th, 2012. Public hearing held and completed January 18th, 2012.

Local Law was approved at the March 5th, 2012 Town Board Meeting.

230-11 CLAY CODE § 230-16 C. The purpose of this proposed local law is to add the words Motor Vehicles Sales (Limited) to Section 230-11 Terms defined and to amend the following sections in order to allow mdoor sales of Motor Vehicles Sales (Limited) with a Special Permit in the code of the Town of Clay. § 230-11 Terms defined.

MOTOR VEHICLE SALES (LIMITED) - The sales of cars, trucks, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, trailers, snowmobiles, or boats within an enclosed structure. Vehicles shall not be displayed or stored outdoors.

§ 230-16 B- HC-1 Highway Commercial.

(2) Uses Allowed:

§ 230-16 C. RC-1 Regional Commercial (2) Uses Allowed:
