A LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 230 ENTITLED "ZONING", SECTIONS 230-16 AND
230-15 TO THE TOWN OF CLAY MUNICIPAL CODE
IT IS ENACTED by the Town Boarci of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga as follows:
SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 230 entitled "ZONING", amending,
SECTIONS 230-16 B and C, and 230-15 A and B of the Code of the Town of Clay.
LOCAL LAW NO. 8 OF THE YEAR 2007, Amending Chapter 230 entitled "ZONING",
Section 230-16B, HC-1 Highway Commercial District, (2) Uses allowed, (b) Planning
Board Site plan approval, adding [11] Instructional facility, 230-16C, RC-1, Regional
Commerciai District, (2) Uses allowed (b) adding [16] Instructional facility; and to
Section 230-15A, O-l Neighborhood Office District, (2) Uses allowed, (b) adding [3]
Instructional facility and removing (e); and to Section 230-1 SB, 0-2 Office District, (2)
Uses allowed, (b) adding [3] instructional facility and removing subsection (e)[4] and
renumber accordingly of the Code of the Town of Clay. The purpose of this amendment
is to allow Instructional facility within HC-1, RC-1, 0-1 and 0-2 Districts, as is allowed in
NC-1, which was inadvertently omitted or placed in an improper subdivision.
