A LOCAL LAW TO CREATE A DEPUTY CLERK
POSITION TO THE TOWN COURT OF THE TOWN OF CLAY
IT IS ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga as follows:
SECTION 1.
Civil Service Law Section 41 (1)(d) states that one clerk and one deputy clerk if authorized
by law, of each court shall be in the Exempt Class of the Civil Service Law.
