BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Liverpool Central School District hereby appoints Rick Chapman as Superintendent of Schools of the Liverpool Central School District and authorizes the President of the Board to execute an Employment Agreement with Mr. Chapman which sets forth the terms and conditions of his employment as the Superintendent of Schools for the period of time commencing August 1, 2025 and terminating on July 31, 2028, with annual compensation of $217,500 through July 31, 2026. A copy of said Agreement shall be incorporated by reference within the minutes of this meeting.
