Special Meeting Town Board July 7, 2025
A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga was held at Town Hall located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York on the 7th of July
upon roll being called, the following were:
PRESENT: Damian Ulatowski
Supervisor Joseph Bick Deputy Supervisor Ryan Pleskach Councilor Deborah Magaro-Dolan Councilor David Capria Councilor Edward Wisnowski Councilor
ABSENT: Eugene Young

A motion was made by Supervisor Ulatowski, seconded by Councilor Wisnowski, to
enter into executive session to discuss the employment of particular individuals. We are convened to interview a candidate for the vacant position of Commissioner of Planning and Development. I, Damian M. Ulatowski, move to enter`into executive session to discuss the employment of particular individuals. Motion was seconded by Councilor Magaro-Dolan.
Motion Passed 6-0 The Board entered into executive session at 5:02 PM.
A motion was made by Councilor Capria seconded by Supervisor Ulatowski to
adjourn the executive session at 6:13 PM.
Motion Passed 6-0 No other business was conducted.
