Special Meeting Town Board July 8, 2025 Minutes – Special Meeting July 8, 2025 A Special Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga was held at Town Hall located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York on the 8th of July 2025.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Ulatowski at 5:00 PM and upon roll being called, the following were: PRESENT: Damian Ulatowski Supervisor Joseph Bick Deputy Supervisor Ryan Pleskach Councilor Deborah Magaro-Dolan Councilor David Capria Councilor Edward Wisnowski Councilor Eugene Young Councilor ABSENT: A motion was made by Supervisor Ulatowski into executive session to discuss the employment of particular individuals.
We are convened to interview a candidate for the vacant position of Commissioner of Planning and Development.
I, Damian M. Ulatowski, move to enter into executive session to discuss the employment of particular individuals. Motion was seconded by Councilor Magaro-Dolan. Motion Passed 7-0 The Board entered into executive session at 5:04 PM. A motion was made by Councilor Capria seconded by Councilor Magaro-Dolan to adjourn the executive session at 6:13 PM.
