Dr. Ward also highlighted the dates for the anticipated Capital Project vote, tentatively set for Thursday, December 17th.

H. Approve the Resolution for Agreement between NSCSD and Ro Health Mr. Farfaglia made the motion to approve the healthcare staffing services agreement between the District and Ro Health, effective July 1, 2026. Ms. Sugrue seconded the motion and it was carried with eight yes votes.

I. Request to Approve Lease Agreement with YMCA Before and After School Child Care Program Ms. McDonald made the motion to approve the lease agreement with the Young Men's Christian Association of Central New York (YMCA) for a Before and After School Child Care Program at Allen Road, Cicero, KWS Bear Road, and Roxboro Road Elementary schools, extending from September 8, 2026, until June 25, 2027. Mr. Hermann seconded the motion and it was carried with eight yes votes.

J. Re-authorization to Enter into a Lonergan Park License Agreement with the Village of North Syracuse Mr. Ludden made the motion to approve the license agreement with the Village of North Syracuse for parking and egress serving Lonergan Park on the District-owned driveway and strip, in force until July 31, 2027, for a license fee of $1.00 per year. Ms. Sugrue seconded the motion and it was carried with eight yes votes.

K. Re-authorization to Enter into a Fuel and Wash Agreement with the Village of North Syracuse Mr. Ludden made the motion to approve the fuel and wash facility agreement with the Village of North Syracuse, in force until July 31, 2027, allowing the Village to utilize fuel and bus washing facilities in exchange for mutual sweeping, landscaping, and inspection services. L. Re-authorization Agreement with State of New York Department of Transportation for Shared Services Mr. Farfaglia made the motion to approve the Shared Services Agreement with the NYSDOT (Region 3) for a term of one (1) year, not to exceed $10,000, under which NYSDOT will provide salt/sand storage at 5430 South Bay Road in exchange for 2.5% of the salt stored.
