Regular Meeting Planning Board February 12, 2014

APPROVED

The regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Town of Clay, County of Onondaga held at Town Hall located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York on the 12" of February 2014. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hess at 7:30 PM and upon roll being called, the following were:

A motion was made by Hal Henty seconded by Russ Mitchell to approve the minutes of

the previous meeting.

Plat with out Prejudice, due to the fact that it has been adjourned from 7 previous meetings, and the applicant would like to submit new plans.

Road.

Hal Romans of Ianuzzi and Romans was present for the applicant.

Mr. Romans explained that everything had been constructed. There were no questions from the board members. Mark Territo Commissioner of Planning and Development asked Mr. Romans if he had applied for the zone change for lot # 19. Mr. Romans said he had.

Regular Meeting Planning Board February 12, 2014

A motion was made by Russ Mitchell for the adoption of a resolution using standard

form # 40 granting Final Plat approval on the subdivision known as Maple Park, based on a map made by Ianuzzi and Romans file # 2868.014 dated February 14, 2013. The approval is also conditioned upon the developer complying with all the legal and engineering requirements as specified in the Town of Clay regulations.
