The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Ulatowski at 7:30 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance. Approval of Minutes:

Councilor Rowley made a motion to approve the minutes of the November 20, 2017

meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bick.

Ayes – 5 and Noes – 0, and 1 –Abstaining. Motion carried. Councilor Bray

abstained due to her absence at that meeting.

Cancellation and/or requested adjournments.

Supervisor Ulatowski said that he knew of no cancellations or adjournments. Correspondence:

Supervisor Ulatowski asked if anyone wished to address the Board on any items not on the agenda. There were no comments.

REGULAR MEETING:

REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD – December 4, 2017 Town of Clay

2 Organizational Meeting for the Town of Clay (A):

Councilor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution cancelling the Monday, January

1, 2018 Organizational and Regular Town Board Meetings for the Town of Clay (New Year’s Day Observance) and rescheduling same to Wednesday, January 3, 2018, commencing at 7:00 P.M., local time, prior to the Regular Town Board Meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilor Rowley.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

Meeting Date Change (A):

Councilor Young moved the adoption of a resolution cancelling the January 15,

2018 Town Board Meeting and rescheduling same to Wednesday, January 17,

2018, commencing at 7:30 P.M., local time, due to the Martin Luther King Holiday. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bray.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

Meeting Cancellation (A):

Councilor Bray moved the adoption of a resolution cancelling the February 19, 2018

Town Board Meeting, due to President’s Day and due to the annual Association of Towns meeting. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bick.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

AUDIT – Judicial (2016)(A):

Councilor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution that the Town of Clay does hereby

accept the Judicial Audit of the Town Court for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2016. Motion was seconded by Councilor Rowley.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

AUDIT – Town (2016)(A):

Councilor Bray moved the adoption of a resolution accepting the Town Audit for the

Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2016. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bick.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD – December 4, 2017 Town of Clay

3 Special Permit (CPH) Town Board Case # 1120 - HUMANE CNY:

Councilor Young moved the adoption of a resolution calling a public hearing

December 18, 2017, commencing at 7:47 P.M., local time, to consider the application of HUMANE CNY for a SPECIAL PERMIT to allow for use as an animal shelter, pursuant to Section 203-13A. (2) (e) [2] & [3], on property located at 4915 ½ W. Taft Road, Tax Map No. 107.-21-54.0, consisting of approximately 3.00± acres of land. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bray.

Ayes – 6 and Noes – 0. Motion carried.

Mike LaPoint of Perrugia Lane asked if there are copies of the Audits available. Supervisor Ulatowski said that they will be available in the Town Clerk’s Office the next day. (note: The Town Clerk emailed copies to Mr. LaPoint the next day.)
