At a Special Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, held at the Town Hall, Clay, New York on the 26th of May, 2015 at 5:00 P.M., there were:

The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Ulatowski at 5:00 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Supervisor Ulatowski announced the purpose of today’s meeting was to fulfill Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals vacancies. No approval of minutes, correspondence or other issues would be heard.
Appointment – Deputy Supervisor:
Supervisor Ulatowski moved the adoption of a resolution appointing Joseph Bick as
Deputy Supervisor to fill the unexpired term of Robert L. Edick. Said term to expire December 31, 2015. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bray.
Ayes - 5 and Noes - 0 and 1 – Abstaining. Councilor Bick abstained due to his
appointment to the Deputy Supervisor position.
Motion passed.
Appointment – Town Board Member:
Councilor Rowley moved the adoption of a resolution appointing David Hess as a
member of the Town Board to fill the unexpired term of Robert L. Edick. Said term to expire December 31, 2015. Motion was seconded by Supervisor Ulatowski.
Ayes - 6 and Noes - 0
Motion passed.
Appointment – Planning Board Member:
Councilor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution appointing Brian Hall as a member
of the Planning Board to fill the unexpired term of David Hess. Said term to expire December 31, 2017. Motion was seconded by Councilor Weaver.
Ayes - 6 and Noes - 0
Motion passed.
Appointment – Zoning Board of Appeals Member:
Councilor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution appointing Ryan Pleskach as a
member of the Zoning Board of Appeals to fill the unexpired term of Brian Hall. Said term to expire December 31, 2018. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bray.
Ayes - 6 and Noes - 0
Motion passed.
Supervisor Ulatowski noted no further appointments were to be held.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 P.M. upon motion by Councilor Bray and seconded by Councilor Bick.
