At the Regular Meeting of the Town Board, Town of Clay, Onondaga County, held at the Town Hall, Clay, New York on the 20th of September, 2010 at 7:30 P.M., there were:

The meeting was called to order by Deputy Supervisor Edick at 7:30 P.M. All present joined in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Approval of Minutes:
Councilor Bray moved the adoption of a resolution approving the Minutes of the
Regular Town Board Meeting held on September 8th , 2010. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bick.
Ayes-5 and Noes-0. Motion carried.
Cancellations and/or requested adjournments:
Deputy Supervisor Edick stated that there will be no action on the first two items on the agenda as the Town Board is waiting for the recommendation from the Planning Board. The case is on the agenda for the September 22, 2010 Planning Board meeting.

Easement (drainage) - THE SNOW SUBDIVISION:
2 REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD - September 20, 2010 Town of Clay
Councilor Weaver moved the adoption of a resolution accepting an easement from HOWARD
W. SNOW and HARLEY D. SNOW, for the drainage facilities located within THE SNOW SUBDIVISION, all as shown on a map of said tract prepared by IANUZI & ROMANS, LAND SURVEYING, P.C., dated June 9, 2010, to be filed in the Onondaga County Clerk’s Office. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bray.
Ayes-5 and Noes-0. Motion carried.
Appointment (A) CLAY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC.:
Councilor Bick moved the adoption of a resolution approving the appointment of RICHARD
GUARASCE and RYAN MEAGHER as volunteer members of the CLAY VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC. Motion was seconded by Councilor Weaver.
Ayes-5 and Noes-0. Motion carried.
Zone Change - Town Board Case #1021 - RED BARN COUNTRY, LLC:
Councilor Johnson moved the adoption of a resolution calling a public hearing October 18th,
2010, commencing at 7:35 P.M., local time to consider the application of RED BARN COUNTRY, LLC., for a change of zone from R-10 One-Family Residential District to R-TH Townhouse District on 3.56 ± acres of vacant land south of Waxwood Circle on the west side of Buckley Road, Tax Map. No. 107.-05-46.1. Motion was seconded by Councilor Bick.
Ayes-5 and Noes-0. Motion carried.
Deputy Supervisor Edick asked if anyone would like to address the board on any other item. No one responded.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 P.M. upon motion by Councilor Bray and seconded by Councilor Bick.
